By accessing this gallery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Download & Access Rights
Wedding and event clients are granted unlimited digital downloads for personal use. All other sessions include digital downloads only if specified in the package or purchased separately. You may share this gallery link with family and friends; however, access does not extend download rights unless otherwise granted.

2. Image Integrity & Alterations
All images remain the intellectual property of LikeWise Photo & Designs. Clients may not alter, edit, crop, or apply filters to any image without prior written consent. This includes the use of third-party editing apps or social media filters.

3. Social Media Use & Credit
Clients are welcome to share images online, provided that proper credit is given to LikeWise Photo & Designs in the form of a visible tag or written mention. This requirement applies to both personal and public social platforms.

4. Printing Rights & Lab Use
Clients who purchase or receive digital images as part of their package are permitted to print through a lab of their choice. However, LikeWise Photo & Designs is not responsible for the quality of prints produced by third-party labs. A professional lab is available through the gallery for optimal results.

5. Commercial Use & Third Parties
Images may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to vendor advertising, publication, or promotional materials, without the written permission of LikeWise Photo & Designs. Requests for commercial use must be submitted in writing and approved prior to use.

6. Gallery Hosting & File Retention
Your gallery will remain active for 12 months from the delivery date. Clients are strongly advised to download and back up their images within 30 days. LikeWise Photo & Designs does not guarantee the storage of RAW or edited files beyond this period and is not responsible for lost files due to client delay.

7. Album & Product Selection
If your package includes a custom album or print credit, selections must be made within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in selection may result in extended turnaround times. Clients are encouraged to schedule an in-person or virtual consultation to assist in choosing album images and discussing print options.

8. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital images, prints, or custom products under any circumstances.
